buvspecialists atbild uz vienu jautājumu: vai šim būvspeciālistam ir spēkā esošs sertifikāts, un kādās darbības sfērās. Mums ir 29 109 sertifikāti 12 936 cilvēkiem, 123 darbības sfēras un 14 sertificēšanas institūcijas.
Šī ir neatkarīga kopija, nevis oficiālais reģistrs. Darījumam un oficiālai izziņai izmanto BIS būvspeciālistu reģistru.
No kurienes dati
No trim tabulām, ko Būvniecības valsts kontroles birojs publicē data.gov.lv vietnē ar CC0 1.0 licenci — publiskajā īpašumā, bez nosacījumiem. Nekas nav prasīts, pat ne avota norāde. Mēs to norādām tāpat.
⚠️ Kāpēc šeit ir cilvēku vārdi
Citās mūsu vietnēs personu vārdu nav. Šeit ir, un tā ir apzināta atšķirība: profesionāls sertifikāts ir publisks kompetences apliecinājums, un reģistrs pastāv tieši tāpēc, lai to varētu pārbaudīt. Oficiālais reģistrs publicē tos pašus vārdus.
Šeit nav ne adreses, ne tālruņa, ne e-pasta, ne darba vietas. Reģistrā ir atsevišķa tabula par to, kurš būvkomersants kuru būvspeciālistu nodarbina — 16 MB nodarbinātības vēstures. Mēs to neielasām nemaz: sertifikāts ir publisks apliecinājums par kompetenci, karjeras gaitas nav.
⚠️ Saraksta ar apturētiem vai anulētiem sertifikātiem šeit nav un nebūs. Apturēšana un anulēšana ir lēmumi pret konkrētu cilvēku. Statuss parādās kartītē, kad meklē konkrētu sertifikāta numuru vai vārdu — tieši tam reģistrs ir domāts. Bet neviena lapa, neviens filtrs un neviena kārtošana šeit tādu sarakstu neatjauno: avots to meklējamā veidā nedod, un to izveidotu mēs.
⚠️ Ko mēs izlabojām
33 198 avota rindas nav 33 198 sertifikāti: sertifikātu numuru ir 29 109, jo viens sertifikāts var segt vairākas darbības sfēras. Mēs skaitām atšķirīgas atslēgas, nevis rindas.
Statuss tabulās ir simbols, nevis vārds. « Nederīgs » atkārtojās 12,1 % no visa teksta — tas ir viens un tas pats vārds katrā rindā. Simbols lasās labāk un atbrīvo vietu tam, kas atšķiras.
Neko citu nemainām.
The sources, and what they require
This site republishes public registers. Source by source: the licence it is published under, and the condition its publisher sets — read from the publisher's own terms page, on the date shown.

We name the source anyway. ⚠️ This register names 12,936 natural persons, and unlike the four registers we published before it, we DO publish those names — because a professional certificate is a public attestation of competence, and the register exists precisely so that a client, a building authority or an insurer can verify it. The official BIS register publishes the same names. ⚠️ What we refuse is different: the publisher also exposes 'Sertificēto būvspeciālistu nodarbinātības vēsture', 16 MB recording which construction company employs which certified specialist and when. That is a database of career histories, not an attestation of competence. It is not downloaded, not read and not joined — and the ingestion script raises if that file is even present on disk. ⚠️ 1,572 certificates are suspended and 1,519 annulled: decisions taken against a named person. The status appears on the card for the certificate you searched, because that is exactly what a verifier needs. It is referenced only to state that competence is assessed and independent practice supervised by delegated certifying bodies, which is why the certificate carries the name of an association rather than the state.
